The hotel rooms are very nice with TVs, amazing bathrooms, and more; perfectly serviced every day. Staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient although one person at check-in was not very helpful. The location is in a quiet upmarket area with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The dining experience is excellent despite occasional mix-ups with orders. The facilities are top-notch.
The hotel has a fantastic location, comfy rooms with large private balconies, and exceptionally friendly and professional staff. However, there was a slight delay in room readiness that inconvenienced us with an elderly guest who needed rest after the flight.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that were stunning, with used towels and toiletries promptly replaced. However, there were issues with a blocked sink and shower leaking on the bathroom floor. The service was exceptional, very professional, yet friendly and helpful at all times. The location is ideal for golf and great local restaurants.
